I'm a medical traveler here in Prestonburg and had to work late and didn't want to drive home (over an hour). I stayed at Super 8 here and my experience was about average. The staff was nice, professional, and hospitable and check in went quick and easy. My room was decent. It smelled great and it was very clean. Hotel is old and outdated so expect it for what it is. At least they've started renovating it. So looked like only half of hotel is available. It was quiet and I got some good rest and sleep. I slept through breakfast so I don't have any comments on that. But it served it's purpose. I would stay again if I needed to. It's in a good location, Walmart and shopping is right behind hotel. You could walk to it easily. My overall experience was good.
Last room we had the sheets did not stay on bed but other than that it was fine staff was real nice and helpful
They were extremely friendly and helpful. Our card was locked by the bank and they were patient and understanding as we had to take the time to straighten everything out. Our room was clean and comfortable, although the beds were a bit smaller than I expected. The first time our toilet was flushed, it began to leak all over the floor, as soon as we informed them, we were upgraded to another room. It was amazing service.
This was probably the nicest super eight I had ever stayed in. Most of the ones that I go to in Ohio are no where near as nice. They have A rather large selection for breakfast, The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I was staying here for business. The place is clean and the room is pleasant looking. There were full size hygiene products in the bathroom. Everything was in good working order, and there wasn't any sketchy activity going on around the hotel. It was a pleasant surprise. I would stay here again.
We loved our most recent visit here. The service was excellent, the location is perfect. We had an extremely loud shower head that woke up the entire hotel. But, super friendly staff, and close to everything. We will definitely be back.!!
Came here to visit the area, I was greeted with a smile, staff was friendly & got me in and out of the lobby pretty fast! I stayed on a night where I paid $85 After tax. Beds are clean & rooms smell clean and fresh. I was a bit late checking out, and they gave me the extra 10 minutes I needed without a hassle to gather my belongings. I would definitely stay again!

I come here almost every week for visits with my kids. Amazing rates, amazing staff, and extremely comfortable beds. A couple weeks ago I was in room 301, and the tiles were broken. Cut my foot open on them. They were quick to repair them, and even offered to make it right! Which they did! I will never stay anywhere else when I'm up this way.
